Ulta Beauty allows you to keep a registry of favorites on the site.

Top Button – This is probably the oldest site in the genre, and thus, not the easiest to navigate. They do tricky things like put names in the header that aren’t really having a sale, but gets you surfing through their site and looking at the other sales.

Billion Dollar Babes – These people are a bit elitist, and want you to pay. So it all depends on how willing you are to be in the know.
